Visitors

Last week Miri and Alex Tabori visited us from Montreal.
Miri's friend Lucianna came also.

Breakfast on the balcony.
We went biking within the plantation. This is some of our history, an old steam gun.
Another very high tide had "fenced us in".
Nothing a chain saw cannot fix though.

September 21st

The last post was so long ago I wonder if anyone is still watching.

I will let you know about my trip to North Dakota.
I went by myself October 10th-13th.
I saw Grandma and Grandpa in New Salem.

I drove Grandpa's truck around on my own and had a great time.

We went up to the eagle with Aunt Kathy.
For those of you who know what the farm was like, 10 years ago(Bryce), check out below, it has not changed much on the outside.
There are so many things in the house "packed away"
Grandpa's Stetson.
My cousin's

Labor day

Sorry I can never get the photos in the correct order.
David and beth came down from Atlanta for the weekend.
Sunday we had a BBQ and some of the neighbors over.

Have I mentioned I love to see people eat at my house?
All the pics are pretty self explanatory.

Every morning the sunrise is wonderful,
photo taken from Master bedroom balcony.

As the house settles in

The days are very long trying to unpack things and put them where I want them to be
FOREVER.

I think what I like the most is that there are only a couple new items,
everything else is from the Atlanta house and fits right in.

This painting loks so good from downstairs, it used to be over the fireplace in Atl.
Guest suite, photos on wall also from Atl living room along with chair and all the same bedroom furniture.
I really love the way the stairs look and feel
"Alcove"
I am pretty sure I have not shown any photos of "the car wash" aka master shower

The master bedroom
View from the deck off the master
Kitchen, fridge on left
Lots of turtles all over the house, this is the pantry door.
Back splash.
One of my favorite pieces of art.
